Kötschach-Mauthen Family Ski Area
 

Kötschach-Mauthen's own Ski Slope is on the doorstep of Chalet Underhill. It is literally metres away, and can be walked.

 

The Kötschach-Mauthen slope is aimed at families and consists of:

  • 1 two-man chairlift and 3 draglifts

  • 6 km of pistes (from easy to intermediate)

  • A children's area, children's ski school and children's ski lift

  • Aquarena Sports Centre

Nassfeld Ski Area

 

Boasting 110km of piste and 30 lifts, with impressive mountain panoramas, good snow-reliability and 100 more hours of sunshine than some Northern Alps ski areas, it is no wonder that Nassfeld is one of Austria’s top ski resorts.

 

The unique micro-climate guarantees snow coverage throughout the entire season and ensures the sun and a crystal clear sky. In addition, the well developed infrastructure offers many sports and leisure activities away from the pistes.

 

Nassfeld is approximately a 30-minute drive down the valley from Kötschach-Mauthen. Fortunately Nassfeld Ski Bus provide a free bus shuttle from the Kötschach-Mauthen Family Ski Area to the Millennium Express Cable Car at Nassfeld Ski Area.

 

With the bus stopping at Kötschach-Mauthen Family Ski Area only metres away from Chalet Underhill, what more could you want?
